Office Administrator - Shipping / Export - Leeds


An experienced Office Administrator, with solid administrative skills, experience of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and, ideally, some exposure to shipping and exporting, is required for a chemical exporter in Leeds. A salary of up to £25,000 is offered depending on experience.

The Office Administrator will manage customer orders, liaise with transport companies and maintain stock levels. The Office Administrator will also update spreadsheets and organise databases, keeping a track of all requests. The Office Administrator will need to keep in touch with customers, ensuring they pay on time.

Required Skills:
The Office Administrator will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word
- Great customer service skills on emails and the telephone
- Experience with shipping / exporting would be advantageous 

Salary:Basic salary to £25,000 + Benefits
